Where Every Bite is a Bliss

By placing an order with BlazelSweetTreats LLC (“we,” “our,” or “us”), you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. These policies are in place to ensure quality service, transparency, and customer satisfaction.

🧁 

Orders & Payments

• A 50% non-refundable deposit is required at the time of ordering to secure your date.
• Orders are not confirmed until the deposit is received.
• The remaining balance must be paid in full prior to pickup or delivery.
• Deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable under all circumstances.

⏰ 

Order Notice Requirements

• A minimum of 48 hours’ notice is required for most standard orders.
• Custom cakes, large orders, and event orders require 5–7 days’ notice.
• Rush orders may be accepted at the discretion of BlazelSweetTreats LLC and may incur an additional fee.

🎂 

Custom Orders

• Custom designs, themes, colors, and specialty requests may affect final pricing.
• Inspiration photos are welcome; however, exact replicas are not guaranteed.
• Any changes must be communicated before production begins. Changes requested after production has started may not be accommodated.

🚚 

Pickup & Delivery

• Pickup times are scheduled and must be honored.
• Delivery is available for select orders only.
• Delivery fees start at $15 and may vary depending on location.
• BlazelSweetTreats LLC is not responsible for damage to products once they leave our possession.

Allergy & Food Safety Disclaimer

• Customers must notify BlazelSweetTreats LLC of any food allergies or dietary restrictions at the time of ordering.
• Our kitchen may process nuts, dairy, eggs, wheat, soy, and other common allergens.
• We cannot guarantee an allergen-free environment.
• BlazelSweetTreats LLC is not responsible for allergic reactions if allergies are not disclosed prior to order confirmation.

Cancellations & Refunds

• Deposits are non-refundable under all circumstances.
• If an order is canceled within 48 hours of the scheduled pickup or delivery, no refunds will be issued.
• Refunds will not be provided for:
   
  • Change of mind
  • Failure to pick up an order
  • Incorrect information provided by the customer

📸 

Photography & Marketing

• BlazelSweetTreats LLC reserves the right to photograph completed orders for marketing and promotional purposes.
• Customer information will never be shared.

📍 

Right to Refuse Service

BlazelSweetTreats LLC reserves the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason, including but not limited to failure to comply with these Terms & Conditions.
